Generate and analyze procurement reports and dashboards on a regular basis, including weekly/monthly KPIs (TAT, savings, PR-to-PO throughput) and quarterly/annual spend data with supplier segmentation
Support the Procurement Head in reviewing, auditing, updating, and training procurement procedures under IMS
Serve as super user for procurement systems, conducting UAT for system enhancements or new implementations
Maintain procurement-related master data, including catalogues, purchasing orgs, and categories
Act as Bid Committee (BidCom) Secretariat for APMC
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any similar field
With 2 years of related working experience is an advantage
With Procurement & Supply Chain Certification from PISM, IPSCM or PASIA is an advantage
Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, SRM and other applications)
Can operate various office equipment e.g. printer, fax, copier, scanner, typewriter, etc.
Proficient in oral and written communication, both in English and Filipino.
