Job Description

About the role

Procurement Officer ensures that activities are conducted in a transparent, competitive, and compliant manner while supporting project delivery objectives, cost optimization, and risk management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manages end-to-end procurement activities for assigned high-value civil construction, maintenance, repair, consultancy, and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinates contractor sourcing, negotiations, contract award recommendations, post-award contract administration activities, and other responsibilities in accordance policies and requirements.
  • Works closely with project teams, finance, legal, and operational stakeholders.

Qualities, Skills and Experience

  • Graduate of Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
  • With 3-5 years of experience in procurement, quantity surveying, and contracts management
  • With good organization, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
