Role Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Strategic Sourcing Consultant / Junior Lead to support procurement transformation and sourcing initiatives for enterprise clients.
In this role, you will help organizations improve their Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, supplier management practices, and procurement operations by implementing best practices and optimizing procurement platforms.
You will collaborate with procurement leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier performance improvements, and procurement process enhancements across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Operations
- Support and lead strategic sourcing initiatives across the procurement lifecycle
- Manage procurement activities across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, including supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing
- Identify cost savings opportunities and improve procurement efficiency through data-driven insights
Procurement Platform & Process Optimization
- Support and manage eProcurement platforms such as Coupa across multiple regions
- Configure and optimize procurement workflows including catalog management, punchout setup, and purchasing processes
- Ensure procurement platforms align with business requirements and operational standards
Supplier Management & Performance Monitoring
- Develop and monitor supplier performance KPIs and dashboards
- Support supplier onboarding, accreditation, and performance tracking initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to improve supplier engagement and procurement governance
Implementation Support & Continuous Improvement
- Support procurement transformation programs including system rollouts and process redesign
- Manage UAT activities, hypercare support, and post-implementation stabilization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce procurement cycle time and enhance operational efficiency
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Work closely with procurement leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for procurement users and platform adoption
- Provide functional guidance and support for procurement processes and system usage
Qualifications
710 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain consulting
Strong experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Hands-on experience with eProcurement platforms such as Coupa
Experience supporting procurement transformation or system implementations
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
