We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our dynamic team at Fagokho Corporation (Ramen Nagi Group).

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, managing vendor relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies, and optimizing the cost-efficiency of procurement operations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the food service industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the food service, restaurant or manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of foodservice products, suppliers, and pricing trends.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
