Work setup: Full onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

Role Overview

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The role supports business objectives by developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies while maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors. This position also drives procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • At least 58 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong leadership or supervisory experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle complex or sensitive discussions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and support overall business performance.
  • Lead procurement activities for major bids, supplier selection, and sourcing events to deliver value and competitive advantage.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including preferred supplier programs and performance management.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts and procurement agreements for goods and services.
  • Monitor and manage contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, extensions, terminations, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, and shared services to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead or support the implementation of procurement systems, tools, and standardized processes to improve efficiency and governance.
  • Provide guidance on outsourcing practices and procurement best practices to stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related coordination and supplier engagement.
  • Identify operational or technical procurement issues and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance effectiveness.
