Primary Function: As a Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for assisting in the sourcing, purchasing, and management of assigned categories in raw materials, packaging, or general materials and services. The role ensures the continuous flow of production and that customer requirements are met.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- With at least 3 years of Procurement experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations, preferably in the Food or Consumer Goods industry
- Experienced in sourcing raw materials, packaging materials, or general materials and services, and negotiating with local and international suppliers and vendors
- Knowledgeable in procurement strategies for assigned categories, contract management, invoicing, and negotiation terms
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety and Quality Systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO)
- With working knowledge of functionalities of all systems available to Manufacturing and Distribution Groups (e.g. SAP, HRMS)
- Demonstrated ability in structured problem-solving, including root cause analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and video conferencing tools
- Willing to be based in Novaliches or Tanza, Cavite
