Role Description
CARE SSC is seeking a full-time Procurement/ Inventory Application Analyst Lead to work within the applications team as part of a global supply chain capability that manages, develops, and supports supply chain activities in Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. As the successful candidate you will be able to:
- Analyze complex business problems to be solved with Oracle ERP systems
- Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications in Oracle Fusion Supply chain modules including Supplier Qualification Management, Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracts and Inventory.
- Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
- Provide in-depth knowledge and consultation to users, project teams and 3rd parties in the area of expertise.
- Work with cross-functional linkedteams to address business or systems issues.
- Communicate laterally and engage others across the organization
Required Qualifications/Experience:
The successful Procurement/ Inventory Application Analyst Lead candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in a Technical discipline or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years industry experience
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written form.Able to interact with technical IT and business teams at the appropriate level of the audience
- Expert level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules
- Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL is a plus
- Respond promptly with proper understanding.
- Participates in team discussions for improvements and shares best practices for the organization
- Support and troubleshooting of the existing developed applications (Forms, Oracle OTBI Reports, Oracle BI Publisher Reports and Interfaces).
- Participate in activities related to root cause analysis.
- Ensure tickets are resolved within SLA.
- Has experience about any system integrations. Integration with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Ensure assignments are completed within the agreed deadlines.
- Ensure all work is fully documented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in the fields of computer science, finance or engineering.
- Someone with a solid functional or technical background, with working knowledge (or hands-on experience) of Oracle Fusion ERP.
- With hands-on knowledge implementing and supporting Procurement Inventory modules.
- Extensive exposure and good foundation in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management
- We need someone with excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Analytical, Technical, Time Management and Communication Skills.
- Someone with solid project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Documentation Tool.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid Setup (3 x a week work remotely)
- MidShift: 3pm to 12mn
- Can start ASAP or within 30 days.
