Procurement Governance Assistant
This position is responsible for auditing and reviewing the San Miguel Group's procurement systems to ensure compliance and proper operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure established and approved procurement policies and procedures are complied with.
- Contribute to design, policy formulation, and process improvements through data gathering.
- Drive/support processes into automation and other special projects, leading to the efficiency of procurement processes as a result of compliance checking and other internal initiatives.
- Organize and control the development, codification, and implementation of procurement processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in business, supply chain, engineering, or accountancy programs.
- At least one (1) year of work experience in procurement and/or auditing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
- Must possess good interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
