Job Description

Procurement Governance Assistant

This position is responsible for auditing and reviewing the San Miguel Group's procurement systems to ensure compliance and proper operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure established and approved procurement policies and procedures are complied with.
  • Contribute to design, policy formulation, and process improvements through data gathering.
  • Drive/support processes into automation and other special projects, leading to the efficiency of procurement processes as a result of compliance checking and other internal initiatives.
  • Organize and control the development, codification, and implementation of procurement processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in business, supply chain, engineering, or accountancy programs.
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in procurement and/or auditing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Must possess good interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
