We are seeking a detail-oriented ProcurementFinance Specialist to manage critical financial processes supporting our common items portfolio. This role ensures accurate transfer pricing, monitors cost trends, and drives budgeting and forecasting activities. The position requires strong analytical capability, precision in data handling, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Closing & Reporting
- Validate General Ledger entries for accuracy and proper cost center allocation.
- Complete accruals and provisions promptly with full documentation.
- Consolidate and analyze procurement spend, highlighting variances and cost drivers.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Translate spend insights into annual budget plans.
- Communicate assumptions and updates across procurement teams for alignment.
- Maintain accuracy and version control in budget files and templates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Share pricing updates and budget impacts clearly and on time.
- Partner with teams to validate assumptions and refine outlook figures.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Transfer Pricing & Cost Analysis
- Calculate common item costs and prepare proposed transfer prices for review.
- Track cost movements, supplier changes, and key pricing drivers.
- Ensure consistent transfer price implementation across all brands.
Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend structured improvements to workflows and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in budgeting or month-end closing activities.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and advanced Excel functions.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid setup.
