Job Description
Responsibilities:Support the procurement process for multiple project packages from initial contractor selection through to the issuance of letters of award.Ensure timely monitoring and reporting of package statuses to meet scheduled award deadlines.Assist in preparing cost evaluations for small to minor project packages to facilitate timely award decisions.Collaborate with project teams to coordinate procurement activities effectively.Contribute to the development of procurement strategies and policies.Provide technical support and guidance to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.Assist in resolving procurement-related issues and challenges as they arise.Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; licensed Civil Engineer preferred.Proven knowledge and experience in cost management and construction management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in procurement processes and contract management.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
