Location: Baguio City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-5 EST - On-Site

Base Salary: 30,000 Philippine Pesos

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Procurement Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, administrative support, or office coordination who is looking to grow into purchasing, operations, or supply chain.

This role supports our purchasing department and involves coordinating orders, providing internal customer service to ensure smooth operations and communicating with vendors. Candidates with experience in customer service, administration, or general office support are encouraged to apply - purchasing experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the purchasing team with order creation, tracking, and follow-up
  • Communicate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Provide internal customer service to departments needing updates on orders or inventory
  • Maintain purchasing records, files, and documentation
  • Support administrative needs such as data entry, invoice matching, and updating spreadsheets
  • Help ensure timely delivery and resolve basic order or shipment issues
  • Collaborate with operations and inventory staff on purchasing priorities

  • What We're Looking For

    • Experience in customer service, administrative support, office assistant, or similar roles
    • Strong English communication skills written and verbal
    • High attention to detail and ability to stay organized
    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and basic computer tools
    • Ability to follow processes and support multiple tasks
    • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
    • Willingness to learn purchasing procedures and internal team customer support

  • Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

    • Any experience with purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
    • Knowledge of basic order processing systems
    • Vendor or client communication experience
