We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support local and international purchasing activities, supplier coordination, documentation, and product testing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, supplier management experience, and the ability to handle procurement processes efficiently.
- Source and evaluate local and international suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and procurement documents.
- Coordinate quotations, deliveries, shipments, and payment terms.
- Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely purchasing.
- Coordinate testing schedules, product submissions, and compliance documents.
- Process applications, renewals, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor import documents, landed costs, and shipment schedules.
- Assist in supplier coordination, product concerns, and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Agriculture Engineering or related course.
- Experience in procurement or purchasing is an advantage.
- Knowledge in importation, IPO applications, and AMTEC processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)
