Job Description

JobSummary

Inthis role you will report to the Procurement Function/ Division Leader ofProcurement as a Service team as a Procurement Analyst. You will be responsiblefor executing supplier onboarding, e-sourcing events, contracts administration,supplier compliance, supplier performance and other administrative tasks forthe company. You will be working on a Shared Service Center set up. You may bealso required to handle different markets across the globe such as APAC, EMEA& AMERICAS regions.

EssentialDuties And Responsibilities

  • Managethe end to end Supplier Onboarding process via the company's onboarding system
  • Workswith Business Operations to ensure completeness of Scope of Work/ Bill ofQuantities to be used in RFx activities
  • Implementstandardized systems and controls for procurement including RFx documentation,work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractoreligibility criteria.
  • Organizeand implements national/ regional e-sourcing activities for various CBREaccounts
  • Organizesand implements national/regional contracting and procurement strategies toincrease operational efficiency and profitability
  • Implement& manages relationships with regional suppliers and contractors and lead incontract negotiations.
  • Managesthe supplier vetting certification process including review of requisiteexperience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographiccoverage, insurance requirements and other capabilities.
  • Workswith Procurement Operations to ensure that all suppliers are onboarded for CBREAccounts
  • Implementand manage supplier performance program
  • Establishstrong working relationships with key internal and external partners andimplement process improvement within the organization.
  • Implementcontinuous improvement or operational excellence program for the organization
  • Establishesrequirements for and ensure the integrity of centralized procurement databasesystems. Serves as key point of contact
  • Coordinateand communicate with suppliers through letters, calls and webinars
  • Conductswebinars to guide suppliers and internal stakeholders on CBRE Procurementsystems and processes
  • Performother activities with the Procurement as a Service team

Qualifications

Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representativeof the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education& Experience

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering equivalent to a4-year college program in relevant discipline
  • Minimum1 year experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management

CommunicationsSkills Requirement

  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analyticalskills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service tocustomers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respondeffectively to sensitive issues
  • Fluentin English. Able to read, speak & write to external and internalstakeholders

FinancialAcumen

  • Abilityto comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents.
  • Abilityto solve problems involving several options in situations. Advanced analyticaland quantitative skills is preferred

Toolsof the Trade

  • Basicskills in Microsoft Office Suite Products especially in MS Excel and MSPowerPoint. Experience in PowerBI is preferred
  • Basicexperience in working with and managing e-procurement and contracts managementplatforms. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously.
