JobSummary
Inthis role you will report to the Procurement Function/ Division Leader of APACProcurement as a Service team as a Procurement Analyst. You will be responsiblefor supporting Procurement Global Transformation, maintain preferred supplierdatabase, contracts management, supplier compliance, supplier onboarding,supplier performance and other reporting tasks for the company. You will be workingon a Shared Service Centre environment. You will be required to handledifferent markets across the globe such as APAC, EMEA & AMERICAS regions.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities
- Supportto Implement standardized systems and controls for the preferred supplierprogram
- Organizeand maintain preferred supplier records
- Collaboratewith Vendor Master teams and stakeholders to ensure that all preferred supplierrecords are up to date
- Establishstrong working relationships with key internal and external partners andimplement process improvement within the organization
- Manages& coordinates regional sourcing processes and practices with internalstakeholders
- Implementcontinuous improvement or operational excellence program for the organization
- Establishesrequirements for and ensure the integrity of centralized procurement databasesystems. Serves as key point of contact
- Coordinateand communicate with suppliers through letters and calls
- DraftSupplier Contracts and route for signature
- Reviewand understand supplier agreements specific to the preferred supplier program
- Performother Procurement activities with the APAC Procurement as a Service team
Qualifications
Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representativeof the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education& Experience
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering equivalent to a4-year college program in relevant discipline
- Minimum1-2 years experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management /Finance / Data Analyst
CommunicationsSkills Requirement
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analyticalskills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service tocustomers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respondeffectively to sensitive issues
- Fluentin English. Able to read, speak & write to external and internalstakeholders
FinancialAcumen
- Abilityto comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents.
- Abilityto solve problems involving several options in situations. Advanced analyticaland quantitative skills is preferred
Toolsof the Trade
- Advancedskills in Microsoft Office Suite Products especially in MS Excel and MSPowerPoint. Experience in PowerBI and Smartsheet is preferred
- Stronginterpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously
- Knowledgein Project Management is preferred
