A Process Trainer/Enforcer in MK Themed Attractions is responsible for ensuring that production staff are properly trained on, and strictly adhere to, established manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. This role bridges the gap between managements operational procedures and the production floor, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Training and Onboarding: Facilitate hands-on training for new hires and retraining for current employees on essential machinery, assembly techniques, and safety protocols.
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Enforcement: Monitor the production floor to ensure operators are following standard work instructions, utilizing proper PPE, and maintaining quality standards.
- Process Auditing: Conduct regular, documented walkthroughs of the production area (e.g., cow path checks) to inspect tools, identify gaps in processes, and ensure compliance.
- Performance Coaching: Provide on-the-spot feedback, coaching, and corrective actions to team members to improve performance and adhere to standards.
- Documentation Management: Maintain training records, audit trails, and compliance reports to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.
