Process Quality Assurance Analyst (Mid)

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Dayshift

Work Location: Cebu IT Park

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in defect and root cause analysis, process auditing, and proposing process improvements for quality control procedures.
• Perform quality assurance analysis activities with minimal direct supervision at a project-level.
• Conducts final inspection and quality gate before delivering the findings and results to the customer using given viewpoints (e.g. customer, tester, leads, and etc.).
• Product verification and product validation technique.
• Reports final inspection and quality gate results to management at project-level.

Job Qualifications

Must Have Skills:

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering or any IT-related degree programs.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in process quality assurance or related scopes of work.
• Basic knowledge of quality management.
• Basic knowledge and understanding in quality control tools or diagrams (e.g. Pareto, 5 Whys, and Fishbone).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Has basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Basic experience in Software Testing is preferred.

• Excellent communication and comprehensive documentation skillset.
• Has a capacity to contribute independently or individually.
