Process Innovation Analyst

What you'll be doing:

As a Process Innovation Analyst, you'll support a team focused on driving measurable improvements across key business areas. You'll help ensure that new processes and initiatives are executed effectively by frontline teams, and that performance is monitored consistently.

Your day-to-day will include reviewing operational data, building dashboards, and surfacing insights that help the team understand whether changes are having the intended impactor if something unexpected is happening in the business. You'll play a hands-on role in making sure things get done, and your attention to detail and judgment will be key in knowing when to escalate issues and when to stay the course.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys turning data into action, and is eager to deepen their understanding of how operational processes drive business performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review operational and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas of impact
  • Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to support cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to cost/benefit analysis and process evaluation efforts through data gathering and reporting
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues when appropriate based on business impact
  • Track and document initiative execution and outcomes
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support timely decision-making across teams
  • Support the implementation of process changes by validating execution and tracking performance shifts

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Understanding of call center operations
  • Ability to identify and escalate operational concerns appropriately
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field such as Analytics, Operations, Finance, or Process Improvement
