The Role

As a Process Excellence Officer, you are responsible for reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities to streamline process challenges for continuous improvement and better operations efficiency. To achieve better customer satisfaction and experience, the unit shall address potential bottlenecks and monitor the process's progress.

How you'll contribute

  • Prepare and ensure updated voice/non-voice handling manuals, which serve as references for BBS
  • Propose and implement process/quality improvement methodology. Work with respective units to streamline gaps and SLAs
  • Liaise with Other Business Units and Customer Contact Division Units to draft, propose and discuss updates about bank products and potential process improvements
  • Attend queries raised by Operations and Other Business Units Leadership/Management
  • Conduct weekly team meetings with TLs / SMEs for alignment/updates
  • Conduct spot checks to ensure timely cascades of advisories to BBS Planning and Organizing
  • Ensure overall policy and process repositories are always updated Understanding and Application of Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines
  • Understands policies and guidelines of the bank and ensure compliance of all team members

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's / College Degree
  • 2 4 years of experience in Banking and Financial, Sales-Financial Services
  • Knowledge of Business process modelling, analysis and design Knowledge of Process Performance management Banking and finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Documentation process Data Analysis
  • Ability to identify potential areas of process improvement leading to improved process and customer experience. Ability to assist in the design and implementation of process improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma background and experience preferred
