Job Description

Operational Excellence Officer (Procurement Policy and Governance)

Responsibilities:

Governance & Policy

  • Develop and manage procurement policies and processes

Project Management

  • Drive process re-engineering to improve efficiency and controls
  • Lead continuous improvement and address process gaps
  • Implement spend governance and optimization initiatives
  • Transition non-compliant and user-managed spend into standard procurement channels

Monitoring & Control

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track spend, compliance, and performance

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements

Other

  • Support additional procurement operations initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management and transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and policies
  • Combination of technical and project management expertise
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup)
