Operational Excellence Officer (Procurement Policy and Governance)
Responsibilities:
Governance & Policy
- Develop and manage procurement policies and processes
Project Management
- Drive process re-engineering to improve efficiency and controls
- Lead continuous improvement and address process gaps
- Implement spend governance and optimization initiatives
- Transition non-compliant and user-managed spend into standard procurement channels
Monitoring & Control
- Develop dashboards and reports to track spend, compliance, and performance
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Other
- Support additional procurement operations initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project management and transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and policies
- Combination of technical and project management expertise
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup)
