Job Description

Responsibilities:

Completes Process Improvement projects, as assigned, with limited levels of Black Belt direction and support by leading teams in the application of Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve business problems.

Leads and delivers large, complex Process Excellence projects/initiatives following Lean Six Sigma methods and concepts.

Develops projects through the DMAIC or Kaizen methodology (whichever best benefits the business, including localized automation solutions), while considering potential project risks.

Contributes to the identification of projects that meet strategic objectives.

Monitors monthly Process Excellence performance metrics to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, Compliance and quality are met.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be at least a 2nd year college undergraduate with no back subjects
  • Required skill(s): Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt (Certified),implemented multiple process improvement initiatives. (start-to-finish)
  • Preferred skill(s): Six Sigma Black Belt (Certified), implemented multiple process improvement (start-to-finish)
  • Has good grasp of Kaizen, Lean & Six Sigma Methodologies
  • Extensive experience in project & stakeholder management in innovation space (client -facing role)
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hills, Taguig
  • Applicants must be willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays and weekends (If needed)
