What You'll Do:
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Conduct industrial engineering studies and implement process improvement initiatives across sites.
- Review production layouts and inventory systems to ensure smooth workflow of materials, personnel, and products.
- Establish production standards, prepare performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Lead or support equipment upgrades, line trials, process changes, and CAPEX projects.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process flow documentation.
- Perform other duties as needed to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficient in statistical analysis.
- Experienced in manufacturing process analysis, process optimization, and performance tracking.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma; financial acumen for business cases is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
