- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Licensed Chemical Engineer
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment projects, including design, project management, and operations and maintenance (O&M)
- Strong background in process design, project management, and operations and maintenance (O&M) of water treatment systems
- Strong knowledge of process design, cost estimation, and control system design philosophy
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
