Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calabarzon, Philippines, for a Process Engineer specializing in PCBA and Box Build Assembly. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. The Process Engineer will oversee process control, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to address operational challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align processes with production goals and ensure continuous improvement is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering to develop and optimize manufacturing procedures.
  • Proficiency in Process Control to ensure stability, quality, and efficiency in operations.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify areas for improvement and solve technical and operational challenges effectively.
  • Background in Chemical Engineering or related engineering disciplines is preferred.
  • Experience in PCBA and Box Build Assembly processes is highly advantageous.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
