As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for process training to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and workforce competency. This role focuses on combining process engineering expertise with effective training strategies, empowering teams to improve productivity, minimize waste, and drive continuous improvement.

Other responsibilities include:

• Training Development & Implementation Create and deliver technical training programs for engineers, operators, and technicians.
• Process Optimization & Improvement Analyze, design, and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with HR, Maintenance, QC, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Compliance & Safety Management Ensure all processes adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer Guide junior engineers and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Documentation & Standardization Develop SOPs, technical manuals, and best practices for process training.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in any Engineering course, preferably a Licensed Engineer.
• At least 3 years of experience in process engineering
• Strong background in process training, including curriculum development and hands-on coaching.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments.
