Job Summary
Works with business process owners or key functional heads for the continuous improvement of the company's core processes. Conceptualizes the framework on which new business processes will operate. Conducts training programs for dissemination of approved policies, systems and procedures. Monitors implementation and compliance of concerned departments to agreed process standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Official Position Title: Management Services Department (MSD) Officer
Education
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or any business related course.
- Preferably with masteral degree/units in business or other related areas
Work Experience
- At least 5 years experience in methods or systems analysis in a service-oriented company
- With training experience

- With logical and analytical approach to investigation, identification, analysis and reporting
- Willing to maintain and update own knowledge of specific application/software
- Able to explain complex concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented, but with ability to see things from a broad perspective
- With proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio)
- Able to act with initiative, tact and maturity
- Patience in dealing with people of differing abilities and backgrounds
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
