Role Description

This is a paid internship position located in Manila, Philippines for the role of Private Equity Intern. The responsibilities include performing in-depth financial modeling, conducting market and industry research, supporting due diligence processes for target investments, and providing comprehensive analysis to inform investment decisions. The individual will collaborate closely with the investment team to identify opportunities, manage portfolio company performance, and recommend value-enhancing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Investments and Private Equity
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance operations
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and financial data
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 3rd Year and above Finance and/or Accounting student
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in the private equity or investment sector preferred
