Job Description

Summary

1. Ensure organized and timely printing, scanning or photocopying of letters, documents or reports;

2. Responsible for the operation and basic maintenance of printing or photocopying equipment;

3. Maintain the confidentiality and safety of all client files in his custody,

4. Establish and maintain a cooperative relationship with others and observe prescribed standards of work.

Essential Duties

1. To organize, scan, print, and photocopy highly confidential financial documents, letters or reports of the Firm and its clients according to internal demands;

2. Editing and effecting minor corrections on the documents, letters or reports of the Firm and its clients;

3. Operate computers, printers, scanners and other various equipment necessary for the execution of the mentioned duties

4. Ensure confidentiality and safety of all client files in his custody; and

5. Perform related duties assigned by the Firm and assist the Tax Librarian with some administrative tasks relating to the TAG files.

Qualifications

College graduate with sufficient training and experience to demonstrate knowledge and skills for the assigned job

Skills and Experience

  • Has sufficient experience in operate a variety of equipment necessary for printing, scanning, photocopying and collating documents.
  • Basic technical awareness to maintain and adjust equipment
  • Cooperative and able to work well with others.
  • Similar experience with other accounting or law firms will be preferred.
