Job Description- Provide weekly report to Engineering Manager
- Will lead the re-sourcing efforts of items/ raw material locally in collaboration with Business Unit, Procurement team, Components Ops, Supplier Quality team, CM Ops, Process Engg and Planning group.
- Will lead the NPI - Qual Lot / Program/ Reliability and Package qual / Material Evaluation
- Responsible in establishing control yield/LTPD, yield improvement.
- Provide indices report - Assembly related.
- Support during customer audit and certifications, customer audit / RMA / NCRB.
- Ability to creatively utilize existing resources to facilitate collection, presentation, and evaluation of data required to verify conformance to key design parameters and identification of potential discrepancies in electrical and mechanical performance of electro-mechanical devices.
Willing to work in an environment that allows initiative and requires flexibility
Requirements/Qualifications- BS Engineering Degree holder
- Strong background on power devices, good understanding of DC/AC electrical circuitry, IGBT, MOSFET, RF devices, and Silicon Carbide
- Familiarity and working knowledge of Material Science particularly for semiconductor industry
- Must have proficient Technical Writing skills
- At least Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified
- A Project Management Certified or MBA is a plus
