We are looking for a Principal Associate, Employee Relations to join a company widely recognized for its strong focus on technology and innovation within the financial services industry.
The role requires a strong HR background and case management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Case Management: Expertly handle an average of 60 cases per month, ensuring end-to-end documentation and due process.
- People Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ER professionals to maintain high performance and quality standards.
- Legal Compliance: Act as a subject matter expert on Philippine Labor Laws to mitigate organizational risk.
- Process Improvement: Drive project management initiatives to streamline workflows using Salesforce and MS Office.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of ER experience in a BPO setup; proven track record of managing high-volume caseloads.
- Education: College graduate.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Philippine labor regulations; proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills (oral and written).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a people leader.
- Availability: Amenable to Mid/Night Shift and working hybrid in Alabang.
