We are searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented Pricing Operations Associate who will safeguard data quality and drive data-backed pricing decisions. You will own day-to-day pricing execution, coordinate market-data upkeep, and convert insights into actions that strengthen our position in a highly competitive e-commerce market.
Key Pillars
Pricing Operations & Accuracy
- Execute daily and periodic price updates quickly and precisely.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and market regulations.
- Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies immediately.
Market-Data Upkeep & Competitive Intelligence
- Guide support teams that maintain and enrich competitive information, ensuring breadth, depth, and reliability.
- Manage refresh schedules, resolve issues, and continuously improve update methods.
SKU QA & QC
- Perform rigorous post-update SKU checks; close gaps or anomalies with speed.
- Track productivity and quality metrics to drive improvements.
Pricing Analysis & Insights
- Analyse pricing trends, build dashboards (Excel, SQL), and surface actionable insights.
- Highlight opportunities, risks, and operational bottlenecks.
System & Process Optimization
- Partner with product, data, and operations to automate tools, cut manual work, and accelerate decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align pricing actions with commercial, product, and operations goals.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation & Training
- Keep process documents current and thorough.
- Onboard new team members and local teams on pricing tools and best practices.
***Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field; 6+ years relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel and solid SQL skills.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or other data-driven environments preferred; pricing experience a plus.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Clear communicator experienced in cross-team collaboration
- Adaptable and ready to support peak-period operations in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English required.
