Ensure accurate pricing information is maintained in all relevant systems
Prepare and coordinate price increase action plans to facilitate timely and accurate execution of price rise activities across all customers and channels
Ensure all pricing change forms carry proper approvals in accordance with the authority matrix
Perform price file uploads and coordinate with relevant BU stakeholders to resolve arising data issues
Make productive use of technology tools and systems, including SAP, to ensure effective service delivery and correct master data management
Maintain the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across OTC, BU RGM, Finance, and Shared Services
Proactively improve the quality of Pricing master data through identification and resolution of issues
Manage, develop, and support team members; prioritize effectively to meet changing business needs
Partner with Operational Excellence and Automation teams to identify and implement improvements in ways of working
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably in a multinational company
Minimum 3–4 years of leadership or people management experience
Experience in creating, managing, and analyzing records and data through computerized systems
Strong accounting foundation, with emphasis on account reconciliation and financial controls
Proficient in Excel — XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and INDEX/MATCH
ERP experience required; SAP strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
Power BI and Access Database knowledge are advantages
