The Pricing Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing pricing strategies across APAC markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
This role requires a strong foundation in product pricing, analytics, and commercial decision-making, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and margin optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product pricing strategies across APAC markets
- Lead SRP setting, price architecture, and price positioning for multiple product lines
- Manage and oversee annual pricing reviews and contract pricing with distributors and key partners
- Ensure alignment of pricing with market trends, competitive landscape, and business goals
- Build and maintain advanced pricing models to evaluate cost structures, margins, and profitability
- Analyze pricing performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders Partner closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Support go-to-market strategies through pricing guidance and insights
- Act as a key advisor in pricing-related business decisions
- Support pricing governance and standardization across APAC markets
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Drive consistency in pricing frameworks, tools, and processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in product pricing within manufacturing and consumer goods companies
- Hands-on experience in: SRP setting, Contract pricing / annual pricing cycles
- Strong ability to translate pricing data into actionable business strategies
- Exposure to APAC or multi-market pricing environments
- Experience in regulated or structured pricing environments is a plus
- Background in FP&A or commercial finance (as a supporting function)
