We're looking for a senior Pricing Manager to take endtoend ownership of pricing for our Customer Experience (CX) services across onshore and offshore delivery.
This is a handson individual contributor role operating at a manager level. You'll run pricing largely independently, owning pricing models, cost assumptions, rate cards and margin governance end to end. While you won't manage people, you'll play a critical role in shaping commercial outcomes and supporting sustainable growth through accurate, scalable pricing.
What you'll be responsible for
- Owning and executing CX pricing end to end across new deals, renewals and repricing activity
- Building and maintaining detailed pricing models across voice, nonvoice, blended and outcomebased services
- Translating operational designs into unitbased pricing (hourly, FTE, transaction or outcomebased)
- Managing pricing for both Australian and offshore delivery models, accounting for marketspecific cost drivers
- Owning rate cards, pricing frameworks and core cost assumptions including wages, oncosts, shrinkage, utilisation and productivity
- Leading pricing for complex or nonstandard opportunities, including bids and strategic renewals
- Performing sensitivity and scenario analysis across volumes, rampups and margin thresholds
- Ensuring pricing accuracy, documentation standards and governance across all models
- Supporting postdeal reviews by comparing priced assumptions against actual delivery outcomes
- Acting as the internal subject matter expert on pricing, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, WFM, HR and Commercial teams
What we're looking for
- 810+ years experience in pricing, cost modelling or commercial finance, ideally within CX or BPO environments
- Strong understanding of offshore and onshore delivery cost structures, particularly contact centre operations
- Advanced financial modelling skills with a high level of commercial judgement
- Confidence operating independently with endtoend accountability
- Ability to explain complex pricing logic clearly to nonfinance stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, especially around margin integrity and assumption management
- Advanced Excel capability, including scenario and sensitivity modelling
- Experience supporting complex or nonstandard commercial deals
- CA or CPA qualifications are desirable but not required. Demonstrated pricing expertise is most important.
Why join us
- Senior, autonomous role with real ownership and impact
- Individual contributor position with managerlevel scope and influence
- Exposure across onshore and offshore delivery models
- Collaborative environment with strong commercial and operational partners
