The
Geo Pricing Team supports WW Channel Pricing for Special Bids requests. Geo Pricer serves as the 1st level-approver supporting geography finance controllers. The aim is to drive greater profitability and operational excellence while ensuring to keep the existing customers and achieve high win rate for prospective customers.
The
Channel Programs Team handles click and claim process for sales commissions, and loyalty perks validation for Partner payments supporting the corporate finance. The aim is to help enable the sales community to promote our products at optimal cost.
Role Expectations
The manager needs to have constant alignment with stakeholders (Pricing/Finance Directors and Sales Operations and Sales Managers/Directors). He/she is to grasp the business & pricing requirements quickly and able to translate those requirements into actions. He/she is to collaborate with various functional teams in defining key performance indicators to optimize pricing operations with measurable results and for continuous improvement. The role will require business partnering, financial management, people management and process reengineering skills. He/she is also responsible to be a back-up approver when the geo approver is not available.
Business and Finance Acumen
- In-depth understanding of the traditional business offerings (HW, SU, EW) of Xerox.
- Comprehensive understanding of Special Pricing-related CFP and GPP.
- Adequate understanding of the Xerox Revenue Recognition policy governing multiple revenue elements.

Requirements
- College degree holder of Accountancy or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 to 8-years experience in similar pricing or commercial finance deal desk management functions.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years managerial experience
