Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee pricing operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pricing updates, file uploads, and related transactions with proper approvals in place.
- Manage accruals, payments, and customer billing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines and service standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to resolve data issues, drive alignment, and support business objectives.
- Ensure robust internal controls and full compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements across all processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, enhancing pricing data quality, and optimizing customer agreement management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong accounting background with solid knowledge of financial processes and controls.
- Proven experience in pricing and pricing data management.
- Experience in contract or customer agreement management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
