Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift

Location: BGC, Taguig

Industry: Shared Services | FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee pricing operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pricing updates, file uploads, and related transactions with proper approvals in place.
  • Manage accruals, payments, and customer billing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines and service standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to resolve data issues, drive alignment, and support business objectives.
  • Ensure robust internal controls and full compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements across all processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, enhancing pricing data quality, and optimizing customer agreement management processes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong accounting background with solid knowledge of financial processes and controls.
  • Proven experience in pricing and pricing data management.
  • Experience in contract or customer agreement management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
