We are looking for a Pricing & Revenue Manager who will lead the development of enterprise-wide pricing and revenue strategies to ensure profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable business growth.
This role plays a critical part in shaping pricing frameworks, optimizing model mix, and driving strategic insights that guide volume forecasting, investment allocation, and executive decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to balance volume objectives with margin protection, while enabling data-driven commercial strategies across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with corporate objectives, customer value, and market positioning.
- Establish pricing, discounting, and incentive governance frameworks to ensure consistency and profitability.
- Analyze price competitiveness versus key competitors, including elasticity modeling and sensitivity analysis for volume changes.
- Evaluate the impact of Variable Marketing Expense (VME) and Fixed Marketing Investments (FMI) on both sales performance and long-term profitability.
- Recommend trade-offs in pricing and promotional actions to maximize ROI and support volume forecasting.
- Oversee model mix strategy, ensuring optimal balance of variants, trims, and options to improve profitability.
- Provide mix insights and Product Level Profitability (PLP) guidance to Product Managers for brand-level planning.
- Lead scenario planning for pricing and mix decisions, integrating industry forecasts, competitive intelligence, and marketing investment assumptions.
- Deliver revenue forecasts, margin projections, and business implications to the Product Director, Finance, and Mancom.
- Consolidate pricing, revenue, and competitive insights into executive reports and dashboards.
- Monitor competitor pricing, incentives, and market changes to support strategy adjustments.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure accurate and aligned pricing execution.
