About the Role

The Pricing and Procurement role will comprise of Tariff maintenance and procurement for Export and Import. Assisting FCL sales team and closely coordinating with them to facilitate rate quotations.

Responsibilities

  • Send Proposal for overseas inquiry
  • Send Proposal for Customer who has regular FCL shipment
  • Assisting Operations / Customer Service to close issues with carrier (Extend Cut off/Follow up billing/Free time application/DO Release, etc.)
  • Send advisory for Carrier update (New tariff / New Service)
  • Maintain ECU account for carrier Online Website
  • Arranging Credit Line Agreement to Carrier
  • Book shipment to shipping line (Arrange & coordinate rate/Freetime/Sailing Schedule)
  • Prepare BIS & other documents needed by Operations Dept.
  • Communication with overseas for Confirmed freetime/ and other issues for Export. Send routings & monitor for Import.
  • Monitor container / trucker if needed
  • Coordination with shipper & agents for shipment for FOB nomination shipment
  • Coordination from shipper to carrier (preadvise / Sending draft Bl / FSI)
  • Pre-alert with counterpart
  • Sending monthly rates
  • Book shipment to shipping line (Arrange & coordinate rate/Freetime/Sailing Schedule)
  • Prepare BIS & other documents needed by Operations Dept.
  • Monitor truck / loading at warehouse
  • Coordination from shipper to carrier (preadvise / Sending draft Bl / FSI)
  • Arranging Transmittal for Bill of Lading and Billing copy
  • Monitors Account receivable

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least with 2-5 years of working experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Experience in NVOCC/Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding industry is a MUST
