- Lead the design of integrated IT infrastructure solutions to translate customer business objectives into technical architectures using multi-vendor products and Black Box services.
- Prepare and validate Bill of Materials (BoM), scope documents, and solution architectures aligned with both OEM best practices and Black Box's delivery framework.
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Delivery teams to build comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
- Work closely with regional distributors, OEM channel managers, and local system integrator partners to secure competitive pricing, solution validation, and delivery readiness for each opportunity.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to prepare commercial quotes, cost sheets, and margin analysis for all proposals.
- Drive joint go-to-market engagements with key partners such as CommScope, Panduit, Cisco, Juniper, Avaya, Extreme, Aruba, Poly, Crestron, and other niche vendors to strengthen solution positioning.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with distributors and aggregators (e.g., Anixter, Ingram, Westcon, Redington) to ensure priority access to stock, pricing, and logistical support.
- Coordinate pre-sales approvals, special pricing requests (SPRs), and project registrations with OEMs through authorized channels.
- Act as the technical face of Black Box during customer presentations, workshops, and executive discussions.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technology briefings.
- Should be having Data Center experience.
