Career Opportunities

Ayala Land Premier is looking for a full-time, on-site Property Specialist to join our team in Makati. As a Property Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their ideal properties and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. You will manage both commercial and residential real estate properties, engage with customers, and drive sales by leveraging your knowledge of market trends.

Qualifications

- College Graduate

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Preferably with experience in residential and commercial real estate sales

- Degree in BS Real Estate Management is an advantage

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals in real estate

- Familiarity with the current real estate market

- Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated
