About the Role
The role involves partnering with account managers to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technology solutions across various domains.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account managers to qualify opportunities, conduct discovery sessions, and understand customer pain points and objectives.
- Design, present, and validate technology solutions covering IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud (IaaS), Data Protection, VOIP, Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity.
- Conduct solution presentations, demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops for clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), scopes of work (SOW), and solution diagrams tailored to customer needs.
- Liaise with vendors and distributors to validate compatibility, licensing, and pricing.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical input during bid/tender processes, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Support post-sales handover to project and implementation teams to ensure a smooth delivery transition.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree holder of an IT Course or any related field
