Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy engineering or IT graduate who loves solving complex problems but doesn't want to be chained to a coding terminal or a test bench all day Do you enjoy explaining how things work and building relationships

We are looking for an Associate Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and business-driven clients. You will leverage your understanding of software systems and hardware integration to help clients design, choose, and implement the perfect technology stacks for their needs.

This is an entry-level role with extensive training provided. If you have the technical foundation and the communication spark, we will teach you the sales methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements to recommend the best combination of hardware components and software systems.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and live technical demos of our hardware-software integrated solutions.
  • Solution Architecting: Collaborate with the core engineering team to design customized technical proposals and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for clients.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospective clients, answering technical queries and handling objections.
  • Market Feedback: Gather insights from the field regarding client needs and competitor products to help shape our internal product roadmap.
  • Sales Pipeline Support: Assist senior sales managers in preparing technical quotes, responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and closing deals.

Qualifications & Requirements

We believe great technical sales talent comes from diverse technical backgrounds. We are actively seeking fresh graduates with a Bachelors degree in:

  • Computer Engineering / IT: Strong understanding of software architectures, APIs, networking protocols, and operating systems.
  • Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering: Strong understanding of physical hardware, circuitry, sensors, automation, or electromechanical systems.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex geek speak into clear, value-driven business language for clients.

  • Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal).

No prior sales experience is requiredyour university projects, capstone prototypes, and passion for technology are what matter most to us!
