We are a managed service solutions provider - a distributor for IT and we serve software and licenses especially for cybersecurity solutions - we cover hybrid work engagements for customers but with face to face onsite in Malabon.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Engineer based in Malabon, Metro Manila. Providing deep technical expertise to support the sales team, preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations, and engaging with customers to assess their needs and propose solutions from company products solutions portfolio . Key responsibilities involve owning technical aspects of sales opportunities, supporting sales enablement, developing solutions that meet customer requirements, and acting as a technical liaison between customers and the product development teams.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience with preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Ability to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Familiarity with specific security brands and products areas like network security, endpoint protection, or cloud workload security.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting to ensure products meet technical specifications.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and maintain relationships effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with the industry and prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
