The PR Manager leads the execution of public relations strategies and strengthens brand awareness and industry relationships. This role owns end-to-end PR initiatives, from media and influencer strategy to campaign execution and performance, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's voice
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Public Relations and communications strategy aligned with overall
brand plans
• Define PR objectives, KPIs and budgets across campaigns and initiatives
• Lead the execution of integrated PR campaigns across media, influencers, and brand partners
• Identify opportunities for high-impact visibility across print, broadcast, digital and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of PR initiatives with marketing, brand and business goals
Influencer & Media Management
• Build and define creator and media frameworks, including partner selection and prioritization strategies.
• Shape engagement strategies and guide the team on key influencers, creators, and media partners to focus
on
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and publications.
• Oversee influencer management including sourcing, negotiating, briefing, performance tracking.
• Manage the development of PR kits and seeding packages
• Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of all influencer and media outputs with brand standards
Campaign Execution & Activations
• Own the execution of large-scale campaigns and PR events
• Conceptualize and deliver impactful PR moments that generate media and cultural relevance
• Optimize execution of PR moments based on insights and past performance
Team Leadership and Development
• Make calls on what to scale or shift
• Provide guidance and support to the PR team
• Oversee executional output such as influencer coordination, seeding logistic and media relations.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide feedback on the PR team's work
YOUR TALENT
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field
• 3+ years of work experience in Public Relations is preferred
• Must have strong initiative and with exceptional attention to detail
• Has exceptional writing and copyediting skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity in MS Office tools
