Digital Communications & Channel Ownership
Own the company's digital voice across social media, content platforms, owned channels, and emerging/alternative digital touchpoints popular in PH (e.g., TikTok, FB Groups, Viber communities, influencer ecosystems).
Develop high-impact content tailored to Filipino audiences, market behavior, and digital culture.
Explore and test new distribution channels to maximize growth in a cost-efficient way (especially critical for fintech CAC optimization).
Public Relations & Reputation Management
Drive PR strategy including media relations, press releases, thought leadership, and stakeholder communications, ensuring strong presence in PH business, tech, and consumer media.
Build and nurture a network of journalists, influencers, and industry partners relevant to finance, technology, and regulatory sectors.
Lead proactive and reactive reputation management efforts, including crisis communicationa key requirement in regulated industries.
Campaigns, Analytics & Cross-Functional Work
Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Product, and Compliance to ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling messaging across all channels.
Manage agencies, production partners, and content creators commonly used in the PH digital ecosystem.
Track performance metrics and optimize communication based on data, sentiment, and market feedback.
Requirements
Strong experience managing corporate social media and producing digital content for Filipino audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage PR activities, including media engagements and press releases.
Strong communication and copywriting skills (English and Filipino).
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or disruptive digital industries.
Familiarity with the PH media landscape, especially finance, business, and tech reporters.
Experience with crisis communication or reputation-sensitive industries.
Experience launching brand or PR campaigns in partnership with Growth or Brand teams.
Understanding of PH regulatory communication constraints (e.g., BSP, IC, ASC considerations).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret digital channel data for decision-making.
Experience leading or collaborating with creative agencies, PR agencies, and influencer networks.
Ability to build a function from zero structure, cadence, dashboards, playbooks.
