Job Overview:

The PR Executive supports the management and execution of public relations and influencer initiatives across client accounts.

The PR Executive is responsible for managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, coordinating influencer partnerships and supporting PR-related campaign activities from planning through reporting. The role also contributes to campaign ideation, partnership development and the coordination of PR components within brand activations and events.

The PR Executive provides guidance to Public Relations Associates (PRAs) to ensure the smooth implementation of grassroots initiatives, influencer collaborations, and community engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Support the management of client accounts by assisting in the development and execution of PR and influencer strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Ensure the accurate and goal-driven management of the internal Brand Allocations Tab to optimize resource allocation and brand effectiveness.
  • Contribute to creative ideation and the development of agency proposals, reverts and campaign pitches.
  • Assist in the creation of campaign strategies and execution plans to achieve campaign goals and objectives.
  • Research and compile data for presentation decks, assisting with formatting and design in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and ideation of seeding kits to maximize impact in promotional efforts and campaign success.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and partners for seeding kit production and other campaign-related materials as needed.
  • Collaborate in the coordination of seeding kit renders to ensure alignment with the campaign's creative direction.
  • Participate in the development of campaign toolkits and supporting materials.
  • Support data collection and organization for post-campaign evaluation reports.

KOL Relations

  • Implement strategies for identifying, engaging and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with KOLs across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Viber, email, etc.).
  • Initiate proactive outreach to KOLs and craft tailored outreach messages to secure campaign participation.
  • Facilitate the closing of KOL partnerships and ensure all collaboration details are properly documented.
  • Lead the preparation of KOL Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) to formalize partnerships.
  • Ensure KOL content complies with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Cascade campaign details and toolkits clearly to KOLs and internal teams.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with KOLs to drive continued brand advocacy and future collaborations.

Event Support (PR & Influencer Coordination)

  • Support the Experience and Events team in the execution of brand events from a PR and influencer engagement perspective.
  • Manage KOL and guest invitations, confirmations, and attendance tracking for brand events.
  • Coordinate influencer participation, content deliverables, and posting timelines during and after events.
  • Track and compile event-related social media posts, mentions, and influencer content for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation of guest lists, RSVP monitoring, and communications with invited media, partners, and influencers.
  • Support on-ground coordination of KOLs and invited guests during events to ensure a seamless brand experience.

Partnerships & Collaborations Support

  • Identify and engage potential brand partners, organizations, and communities that align with campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and grow a network of potential collaborators including media platforms, lifestyle communities, and relevant partners.
  • Assist in securing value-added partnerships that enhance brand visibility and campaign reach.

Budget and Reporting

  • Assist in tracking campaign, partnership, and influencer-related expenses in coordination with the account team.
  • Monitor KOL and partnership deliverables to ensure alignment with agreed outputs.
  • Track campaign and activation performance, compiling insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
