Assists in managing day-to-day activities on assigned accounts.
Coordinates project timing and budget monitoring with client communication updates.
Contributes to campaign development by conducting research, compiling media lists, and maintaining campaign calendars.
Helps track agency and vendor costs and assists with invoice preparation and administrative tasks.
Client Servicing and Relations:
Assists in the development of PR strategies and client recommendations.
Participates in client meetings and takes detailed notes to ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Conducts research on clients brands, products, services, and industry landscape to stay informed of key developments and competitive positioning.
Assists in preparing client reports and analyzing program results and metrics.
Business Development:
Helps identify potential opportunities within existing client accounts and assists with business development initiatives.
Assists in managing project resources and ensures deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Maintains organized project files, contact databases, and campaign documentation.
Stays current with industry trends, media landscape changes, and emerging communication channels.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Account Manager or Account Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Are you right for the role
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in communications, communications research, marketing, public relations, or related fields at an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
At least 0-3years of experience in Communications Industry (preferably PR).
Competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Powerpoint)
Must be critical thinker and results-oriented
