Role Description
The PPC/SEM Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms. He/She will conduct A/B tests, analyze performance metrics, and ensure our ad dollars are working as effectively as possible.
Qualifications
- 0–3+ years of experience managing PPC/SEM campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
- Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Familiar with conversion tracking and key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
