Your Role
As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will:
- Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform solutions to support business processes and strategic initiatives.
- Customize Dynamics 365 CRM, Marketing, and Fin/Ops modules including entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and forms.
- Build plugins, custom actions, workflow extensions, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, API Management, Dataverse APIs, and SSIS/KingswaySoft.
- Troubleshoot, resolve application issues, and perform system upgrades, deployments, and environment management (DEV/UAT/PROD).
- Support D365 applications as Level 3 IT helpdesk, maintaining technical documentation including solution designs, logs, and release notes.
- Partner with business analysts, product owners, and functional teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and provide technical guidance on D365 capabilities.
- Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and data governance standards, and participate in code reviews, peer testing, and QA processes.
- Support CIO, IT Manager, and business leaders on IT strategy, roadmaps, and new software solution reviews within the D365 ecosystem.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Proven experience developing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Apps-based solutions.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, entity modeling, and relational structures.
- Experience integrating D365 with external systems via REST APIs, Azure services, or middleware tools.
- Knowledge of source control (Azure DevOps/Git), CI/CD pipelines, solution layering, and security models (RBAC, data privacy).
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, MB-210/MB-220).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and project management.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Canvas & Model-Driven Power Apps, custom connectors, and API integrations.
- Experience with Asana, automated deployments, and environment strategy.
